ABOUT BRIAUNA DONNELLY

birth doula, mindset coach, yogi, energy worker, & mother...

My role is not to tell you how to birth or who you should become. My role is to walk beside you, helping you cultivate trust in yourself, deepen your connection with your baby, and feel supported as you navigate the transition into motherhood.

Why This Work Matters

Moms rarely need more information. They need space.

Space to slow down, to connect with themselves, to strengthen their relationship with their baby, and to feel seen, heard, and held.

When a mother feels supported emotionally, physically, and mentally, she is better able to access her intuition, make decisions aligned with her values, and move through birth and motherhood with greater confidence and ease.

This is why my approach centers on the connection between mind, body, and baby. Because when all three are nurtured together, the experience of becoming a mother can feel less overwhelming and more empowering.

What Guides My Work

Connection ꩜ Creating space for mothers to deepen their relationship with themselves and their babies.

Presence ꩜ Meeting each family with attentiveness, compassion, and care.

Authenticity ꩜ Honoring your unique path rather than a one-size-fits-all approach to birth.

Intuition ꩜ Supporting you in strengthening trust in your own inner wisdom.

Autonomy ꩜ Helping you make informed decisions that align with your values and vision for birth and motherhood.

my births changed me...

They taught me that birth is not simply about bringing a baby into the world, it's about discovering new depths of trust, strength, surrender, and love within yourself. I experienced firsthand the power of feeling supported, connected, and deeply held. Those experiences continue to shape not only who I am as a mother, but how I show up for the families I serve. I would love to share my birth stories with you someday, but even more than that, I would love to dream with you about the empowering, connected, and deeply meaningful birth experience you want for yourself
