NORTH DENVER BIRTH DOULA SUPPORT
When your mindset, body, and intuition are aligned, birth becomes an opportunity to step into motherhood with confidence and trust.
Intuition-led birth support.
Birth preparation is about so much more than creating a birth plan or learning comfort measures. It is an opportunity to deepen your connection with yourself, your baby, and the values that will guide you through birth and into motherhood.
My approach to doula care blends evidence-based education, emotional support, and mindfulness practices that help you cultivate trust in yourself and your ability to navigate this transformative experience. Together, we'll prepare your mind, body, and connection with your baby, not just for birth day, but for the transition into motherhood that follows.
kind words...“I am beyond grateful for the support and care I received from Briauna. Throughout my pregnancy she helped me build confidence in my intuition -especially my new intuition as a mom, sought resources and clinical information when I had questions or was faced with multiple options and was a grounding presence. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a doula who brings wisdom, compassion, and care to support bringing a new life into this world.”

The stories we tell ourselves about birth matter...No doula can guarantee a particular outcome, and that's never been my goal. My role is to help you cultivate the tools, awareness, and support that allow you to move through birth feeling grounded in yourself, regardless of how your story unfolds. When you strengthen your connection to your body, your baby, and your intuition during pregnancy, that foundation has the potential to support you far beyond birth and into motherhood itself.
WHAT SETS MY DOULA WORK APART
A comprehensive blend of personalized doula care, birth preparation, and mindset support designed to nurture you through the whole experience.
Imagine moving through pregnancy feeling deeply connected to your baby, supported in your decisions, and confident in your ability to navigate birth.
Imagine beginning motherhood feeling held, informed, and cared for.
What the process looks like…
-
Together we’ll explore your fears surrounding birth, clarify what you want your experience to feel like, and dive into the different mindfulness practices that will support you achieving your desired birth experience.
This session sets the foundation of my care as mindfulness is weaved into the ways I support you. This could look like…
Guiding you through a body scan and relaxation in early labor
Reminding you to tune into your body and melt into each contraction
Find your breath amidst the intensity
-
Next, we’ll come together for two prenatal visits. These take place in the comfort of your home and are designed as a catch all. They may include (but are by no means limited to) a childbirth education overview, talking about your preferences surrounding labor and birth, and practicing hands-on comfort measures and other coping techniques.
Not only do I want you to feel confident and ready to step into the birth portal, but I seek to build your partner’s confidence and support skills too.
-
I am On Call for you beginning at 37 weeks of pregnancy. This means I am staying within two hours of your birthing location, my childcare is prepped, and I am prepared to join you at any time.
-
From the onset of labor I will provide continuous virtual support, check-in as often as feels comfortable, and provide reassurance and guidance. Once you feel ready for in-person support, I join you either in your home or at your birthing location. My in person support may look like…
Providing hands-on comfort measures
Advocacy support with your birth team
Ensuring you and your partner are resting, eating, and hydrating
Providing position and movement suggestions based on your unique labor
Reminding you to tune into your body and make decisions from a place of inner knowing
Postpartum
Once your baby is born, I will remain 1-2 hours postpartum to support bonding and breastfeeding and overall post-birth comfort.
Within two weeks postpartum I offer a postpartum visit. You may utilize this time to debrief your birth experience or seek resources/referrals for things like: breastfeeding, infant care, and overall wellbeing. This visit is an opportunity to close out our time together within the birth support container.

You may be in the right place if...
You believe birth should be mother-led and centered around informed choice.
You value connection over control, trust over fear, and presence over perfection.
You want support that honors your emotional, mental, and physical experience, not just your labor and delivery.
You are preparing intentionally for motherhood and want a birth team that truly sees, hears, and supports you.
And perhaps most importantly, you're looking for a doula who will help you stay connected to yourself through every step of the journey.
If you're ready to feel deeply seen, supported, and held, I'd love to connect.
